In 1990 Nintendo was taking its first steps in Portugal, publicizing their consoles and games through leaflets and magazines sent to members of Club Nintendo. To be a member just send the coupon inside the box was the most games. At a time when the Internet was still a long way, it was always good to get to the mailbox and have a letter from Club Nintendo.

Very very good this medley title visiting the most remarkable of Super Mario!
The publisher has launched a real Pix'n Love Bible on the NES / Famicom (including Disk System), a monster of a book with 432 pages detailing the history of this console as well as reviews of their 1900 games. The book's format is super original, similar to an NES cartridge.
" La Bible NES / Famicom "is on sale at the Pix'n Love with a modest price of € 30 and the only problem being is the same in French which can be a deal breaker for many.
The trailer says it all, however I must say that Nintendo is to be congratulated for not having changed much the perspectives of the game in the original.
Today I bring you two mods. inspired by Nintendo hardware. The first is a flashdrive made from a command to which a NES only accessible after you enter the Konami Code ![]()
The second is probably one of the best mods. I've seen so far and it is a "portable NES" to work within one of a NES cartridge. Complicated? Sure, but look at the videos to see how it works.

The Innex announced it will launch at E3 this year an accessory for the Wii that lets you connect the commands of the original NES, SNES and N64, giving players the chance to play their favorite classics as they were played in the original consoles.
This accessory connects to the Wii through the GameCube port of the commands and supports not only the commands of the original Nintendo and other manufacturers.
Obviously, this is great news for lovers of retrogaming, many of us still have not only consoles like the original commands and power back to use them will obviously a "feeling" more genuine to play our favorite classics on VC the Wii. I think the only disadvantage of this is to connect to the port of the GC controls, forcing the use of wires.
In Japan, Nintendo has offered to members of Club Nintendo a replica of the command for the Super Famicom Wii that connects directly to the Wiimote, thus avoiding the embarrassment of the wires. It would be interesting to see this command to be offered in the Club Nintendo Portugal
If you are interested in purchasing one of these commands wonder, your best option is even eBay .
The music-based games like Guitar Hero and Rock Band have been gaining a fan base growing. However, these games are only available for the newer consoles.
It is to fill this "failure" that was born the D-Pad Hero !
The D-Pad Hero is a free game based on Guitar Hero but for the NES and can be played in the various emulators available. The mechanics are the usual in this type of games and we can choose from six tracks:
- Guns n 'Roses - Sweet Child O' Mine

- Daft Punk - Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger
- A-ha - The Swing of Things
- Chicane - Low Sun
- Daft Punk - Aerodynamic
