At the launch of Street Fighter IV, along with a press release that Capcom sent to the Media, went with a training manual for the game. Although circulating on the net some digitized versions, Capcom decided to offer a gift to the fans and so many check points in the community 
The manual contains some facts about Street Fighter IV, the series history, game artwork and of course, complete technical profiles of each character.
