Video Games Live in Portugal



The industry of video games has evolved increasingly making games not only a means of entertainment but also a kind of art. For some time now that most video games have a story, plots, soundtracks, becoming in works that often rivaled feature films.

It was precisely in the soundtracks of video games that Tommy Tallarico and Jack Wall, two composers of music for video games, were inspired to create the Video Games Live .

Using incredible visual effects together with a full symphony orchestra, dozens of songs belonging to various video game soundtracks are presented to the public, in a show that appeals not only to fans of video games as well as those who do not "belong" to this world.

The songs are played by the orchestra accompanied by a light show, video and live action, all synchronized and interacting with the pubic. The show includes music from popular video games like Super Mario, Legend of Zelda, Halo, Final Fantasy, Gears of War, Metal Gear Solid and many more.

Video Games Live will be in Portugal on 6 and 7 December at Campo Pequeno, for those who want to try one of the most well-designed interactive concerts of recent times. Tickets are on sale now and prices range between € 22 and € 50.
